export to China cover all commodities. Indigo dyestuffs 18543 inadvertently omitted from my telegram 21st April and

it is desired to export at verious times small Juantities

of other articles not specifically named. May at extend to Japan, Formosa, Manila, Indo-China, Siam, and Netherlande Indies your ruling as to exports to China. Certificates as to local consumption will be required in every case from British Consul at port of destination.
